How do I get started?

If you think that your child may benefit from speech therapy services, the best thing to do is CONTACT US to inquire about a FREE phone consultation. 

Once your free consultation is scheduled, Kelley will gather some information from you in order to determine if further speech evaluation or therapy sessions are recommended. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Where do sessions take place?

Kelley is an in-home therapy provider, so she comes to you! Depending on your location, therapy and evaluation sessions would take place in your home. Special accommodations may also be made to see your child in another natural setting (e.g. daycare, family member's home, or community-based setting).

 

Virtual therapy sessions are also available and work very well for school-aged children! Be sure to ask us about this fun and flexible option! 

Will you accept my insurance?

Kelley is not in-network with any insurance providers. Each session is subject to a same-day, out-of-pocket cost (see SERVICES for current rates). Kelley accepts a variety of payment forms, including Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay. An invoice is provided to the family, which can be submitted for use with HSA / FSA accounts. 

If interested, feel free to contact your insurance provider to see if they cover out-of-network speech therapy for your child. The provided invoice could be used for submission if reimbursement applies. 

How long do services last?

The short answer is:
As long as it takes! A child's prognosis and outcomes are determined by many factors, including (but not limited to) their age, diagnosis, and required level of support. An initial evaluation would help to determine the frequency and duration of services. 

We work with each family to create a plan of care that works best for you and your child!
